Best way to report a listing

If a profile contains misleading information, fake photos, or suspicious behavior, use the built-in report abuse option available on the profile page. This route is the fastest way to flag a listing for review because it sends the exact profile URL, listing ID, and your report reason together.

For urgent review requests, include clear details about what is wrong with the listing so the moderation team can review the issue faster.

Privacy and content removal requests

If you need to report unauthorized use of photos, personal details, or identity-related content, use the privacy and grievance channels already listed inside the platform. These routes are intended for privacy-sensitive requests and content takedown issues.

When contacting the platform about removal, include the exact page URL, a short explanation of the issue, and any proof that helps verify your request.

Account and listing support

Advertisers should use the user dashboard to manage listings, update profile details, and review approval status before sending manual support requests. In many cases, a listing update, profile edit, or republish action can be completed directly from the dashboard.

If ad posting is temporarily closed, the dashboard will display the current posting notice so advertisers know when publishing is available again.
